The Short Story: Gordon Smith led the Ram charge at Harvard, making the 60-meter dash final with a significant personal best time of 6.82 seconds.
SPRINTS
- Smith's PR was .18 of a second better than his previous best of 7.00, good for eighth in the 60m final
- Junior Justin Wallace also ran a personal best in the 60m, breaking the tape in 6.89 seconds
JUMPS
- Smith also excelled the long jump, advancing to the final with a best jump of the day of 7.01 meters (23'-0")
- Junior Trevor Thomas cleared 1.91m (6'-3.25") in the high jump, good for seventh overall
THROWS
- Senior Justin Barnett slotted into 12th place in the shot put, heaving his implement 14.39m (47'-2.5")
- Senior Coby Cockrell cracked the top 10 in the weight throw, making 10th place with a best throw of 16.84m (55'-3")

The Short Story: The men had two third-place finishers at Boston University: senior
Daiqwaun Faircloth in the 60-meter hurdles and Barnett in the shot put.
SPRINTS
- For the second time in as many days, Smith qualified for the 60-meter dash final, this time crossing the line in sixth in 6.90 seconds
- Sophomore Kacey Pratt (6th/47.98) and junior Lewis Freeman (9th/48.52) both ran personal best times in the 400-meter dash
- Freeman later added another personal record in the 200-meter dash, finishing the one lap in 21.98
HURDLES
- Faircloth not only made the podium in the 60mH, but he also ran a significant PR of 8.07, nearly a tenth of a second faster than his previous best of 8.16
DISTANCE
JUMPS
- Sophomore David Coles and senior Mohamad Abdelrahman both qualified for the triple jump. Coles placed fourth with a jump of 14.79m (48'-6.25"), and Abdelrahman took eighth place with a best jump of 14.23m (46'-8.25")
THROWS
- Barnett clinched his bronze finish in the shot put with a throw of 15.18m (49'-9.75")

The Short Story: Four Ram men competed at the Liberty Indoor Track Complex on Saturday.
SPRINTS
- Freshman Aubrey Bryant finished sixth in the final of the 60-meter dash, and then followed that up with a personal best time of 23.36 in the 200-meter dash
DISTANCE
- Senior Sean Daley set a personal best in the 3000-meter run, crossing the finish line in a time of 9:29.64, six seconds quicker than his previous best
- Freshman Curtis Boykin, Jr., ran a time of 4:32.54 in his first ever collegiate one-mile run
JUMPS
- Freshman Philip Daniel continued to perform well in the triple jump in his first college season, advancing to the final and placing fourth. Daniel landed in the sand pit at 14.22m (46'-8") on his best jump of the day
