HEAR FROM THE RAMS

"The ladies ran really well. With such a young team we really want to focus on gaining experience. We moved up throughout the race very well and a few people surprised themselves. Now that we have completed our first 6k, I am excited to see what we are capable of as we grow more comfortable with the distance." -Director of Cross Country Austin Savage

"I'm really proud of our girls today for stepping on the line with an excited attitude for our first 6k of the season. I think everyone got a good taste of Cross Country today and I'm excited for the improvements that we can continue to make in our attitudes and our performances." -Ava Miller

Next Up:

This will be the first time that the Rams travel to Longwood for a meet since 2014, when the team placed 2nd in the Longwood Invitational.
