The Short Story: Sophomore Madelyn Anderson paced the Rams with a 15th-place finish in VCU's third meet of the season.

THE FINISH LINE:

• Madelyn Anderson led VCU for the first time this season and second time in her career with a 19:55.30

• Senior Ava Miller followed closely behind with a 20:19.70 time and 17th-place finish

• Freshman Allyson Hall finished 19th with a 20:30.40 finish

• Junior Shreya Krishnamurthy finished 23rd for the best individual finish of her career

• Freshman Leena Olibah had her best career individual finish as she placed 27th

"The girls did a great job of packing with one another which is great because it is important for them to use their teammates throughout the race.
