The short story:Â The Rams' showing at the USF Invitational was highlighted by
David Coles' first-place finish in the triple jump, along with six additional top-five performances across all events.

JUMPS
- The Rams delivered a standout team performance in the triple jump, with Coles taking first, Isaiah-Taji Kargbo-Owens placing third, and Philip Daniel finishing fourth. Coles led with a 15.56-meter jump, just 0.02 meters off his personal best, followed by Kargbo-Owens at 15.32 meters and Daniel at 15.24 meters
- Jaiden Oglesby cleared 2.00 meters in the high jump to place fourth, marking the third time this outdoor season in which he's reached that height
THROWS
- Graduate John Casper secured a third-place finish in the hammer throw with a top mark of 59.75 meters, just shy of his personal best of 60.64 meters set earlier this season at the Raleigh Relays
- Casper placed eighth in the discus throw with a distance of 48.55 meters, competing as the lone Ram in the event. The graduate entered the weekend holding the top mark in the Atlantic 10
HURDLES
- Freshman standout Marcus Acheampong ran a personal best of 14.01 seconds in the 110-meter hurdles to place fifth, improving on his previous top mark of 14.36 seconds set at the Raleigh Relays. Acheampong's time is good for the third best in program history and currently sits as the second best time in the Atlantic 10
SPRINTS
- Sophomore Emmanuel Oche placed second in the 100-meter dash with a personal best of 10.23 seconds, tying the winning time and finishing just 0.003 seconds behind first. His mark ranks first in the A-10 entering the weekend and 22nd in the NCAA East Region
- Jude Okafor clocked a personal best time of 47.17 seconds in the 400-meter dash to earn sixth in a field of nearly 50 entries
RELAYS

The Rams will next head to Charlottesville, Va. for an in-state meet at the Virginia Challenge, taking place Friday and Saturday, April 18–19.Â
