RICHMOND, Va. – VCU Field Hockey senior
Morena Macera was named to the NFHCA Collegiate Senior Team.

Macera was one of 38 Division I senior student-athletes named to the 2025 NFHCA Collegiate Senior Team. This honor celebrates their competitive excellence, leadership, and lasting influence within their programs.

Macera was named to the All-Atlantic 10 First Team for the third consecutive season as well as earning All-Academic Team honors. Macera scored 17 goals and added five assists as she ranked 12
th nationally in goals per game during the regular season.

Macera was tied for second in the A-10 in goals and ranked third in total points with 39 during the regular season. She finished her career tied for the fifth-most goals in a single season for VCU and seventh in total points. Macera is a business major been named to the Dean's List, AD Honor Roll and A-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

Selections are based on nominations submitted by NFHCA member coaches and reviewed by committees composed entirely of NFHCA coach members. Seniors are eligible for selection only once during their collegiate careers.
