RICHMOND, Va. – VCU Women's Basketball earned the No. 2 seed in the Atlantic 10 Championship and will play Friday, March 8 at 5 p.m. at the Henrico Sports & Events Center.

The Rams will play the winner of No. 7 Saint Louis and No. 10 George Washington in the A-10 Quarterfinals.

VCU finished the season 26-4, breaking the regular season wins mark of 25 set during the 2008-09 season. The Rams finished with a 15-3 mark in Atlantic 10 play, setting the mark for the highest conference winning percentage in program history.
