Kasandra Aulenbach earned a top-60 finish, as
Kristen Wheatley,
Cassidy Guyton, and
Reyna Vazquez-Miller moved up several spots throughout the race to secure top-100 finishes.
THE FINISH LINE
- Sophomore Kasandra Aulenbach was the top finisher for the Rams in 19:30.1. She moved up 13 spots from the 3000-meter mark to place 59th overall.
- Freshman Kristen Wheatley moved up 28 spots from the 3000-meter mark to secure 68th place. Her time of 19:36.6 was a cross country 5000-meter personal best.
- Cassidy Guyton finished with a time of 19:42.2 to place 75th. She was the 23rd freshman overall.
- Sophomore Reyna Vazquez-Miller moved from 100th place at the 3000-meter mark to 80th place at the finish, securing a time of 19:48.6. The race marked Vazquez-Miller's first Atlantic 10 Championship appearance since 2019.
- Freshman Nia Warren and senior Paran Gonzales rounded out the meet for the Rams, finishing in 21:17.5 and 22:07.4, respectively.
- The Rams finished 13th overall with an average time of 19:59. VCU's first and fourth runners were separated by only 18 seconds.
