  • Obscene or indecent clothing, signage, and language

ACCESS PRIVILEGES
The Siegel Center was designed for all of our guests to enjoy. However, there are certain areas of the arena that can only be accessed with a designated ticket/ credential. Guests should keep their ticket stub/ credential with them at all times to avoid any confusion as they enjoy the venue and its amenities.

ACCESSIBLE GUEST SERVICES

  • The drop-off zone for guests with disabilities is located in the front of the building near the intersection of Broad and Harrison Street.
  • Accessible parking is available in the parking decks at the corner of Broad and Harrison Streets, the corner of Bowe and Marshall Streets, and the corner of Main and Laurel Streets.
  • Accessible entrances are located at both main entrances at the East and West ends of the building.
  • The elevator is located in the center of the lobby to allow guests access to the first (arena floor level) and third floors, event permitting. Guests with disabilities and their companions are given first priority for service at the elevator.
  • All restrooms, drinking fountains, telephones, and counters at points of service are accessible.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING

  • Accessible seating options exist throughout the arena in all general seating categories and view perspectives. Accessible seating is located at the top of Sections 14,15, 32 and 35.
  • Individuals who require accessible seating on game day should request assistance from a game day usher located at the entrance of each section. Ushers will provide space for individuals in need of accessible seating along with one (1) companion chair in sections 14,15, 32 or 35.

AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
There are multiple Automated External Defibrillators located through the Siegel Center on the first (arena floor) level, second (main lobby and concourse) level, and third (Tommy J. West Club) level.
  
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
No alcohol (including non-alcoholic beer and wine) or illegal drugs may be brought into the Siegel Center. Once inside the building, alcoholic beverages can be purchased; event permitting.
  
ANIMALS
Certified service dogs or service dogs in training for guests with disabilities are welcome. All other animals are prohibited.

BABY-CHANGING AREAS
Baby-changing tables are available in the restrooms located in the East Lobby of the Siegel Center.

BAGS, CONTAINERS & COOLERS
All backpacks, coolers, and duffle bags are NOT allowed into the building. All other bags will be thoroughly inspected before they are permitted into the building.
  
BANNERS & SIGNS
Banners and signs are permitted, provided they are event-related, in good taste and not of a commercial nature. American flags are permitted and may be displayed. Banners and signs may not obstruct the view of other guests. Banners may not be affixed to walls or any other structure within the Siegel Center. The VCU Athletic Department reserves the right to remove any banner or sign.

CAMERAS & VIDEO EQUIPMENT  
Hand-held cameras and video cameras are allowed in the Siegel Center, but they must not obstruct the view of others. Professional grade camera and video cameras will tripods, monopods, and extended lenses will not be allowed in the Siegel Center. Members of the media, with proper credentials, will be allowed to bring in professional grade cameras and video cameras. Any re-production of a Siegel Center event must be done with consent from the Athletic Department of Virginia Commonwealth University. 

CATERING & CONCESSION SERVICES
OakView Group is the exclusive fine food caterer of the Stuart C. Siegel Center. To contact OVG about catering your next event or meeting please call Sarah Burns (571) 268-8074 to make arrangements and to obtain a complete menu and price list. 
  
CHARTER BUSES
Charter bus parking is located adjacent to the North side of the building along Marshall Street. Parking is limited to a first come, first serve basis.

CELL PHONES
The use of cell phones is permitted inside the Siegel Center, as long as their use does not interfere with another guest's gameday experience. 
  
CHILD ENTRY
Children over the age of 2 are required to have a ticket for admission Virginia Commonwealth University athletic games. Any child under 2 years old who enters without a ticket must share a seat with an accompanying adult during the game. Other events are subject to change.

DRIVING DIRECTIIONS
Traveling on I-95 South or I-64 East (I-95 and I-64 merge in Richmond) 
1. Take exit #76B for Belvidere Street.
2. Turn left off exit ramp onto Leigh Street.
3. Go to first traffic light and turn right onto Belvidere Street. 
4. At the third traffic light, turn right onto Broad Street.
5. The Siegel Center is on the right after the second traffic light.

Traveling on I-95 North or I-64 West (I-95 and I-64 merge in Richmond) 
1. Take exit #76A Chamberlayne and get in to left lane on exit ramp.
2. Turn left at the traffic light.
3. After crossing the bridge, bear right onto St. Peter's St. 
4. At the stop sign, turn right onto Leigh Street.
5. Turn left at the first traffic light onto Belvidere Street.
6. At the third traffic light, turn right onto Broad Street.
7. The Siegel Center is on the right after the second traffic light.

E

ELEVATORS 
The elevator at the Stuart C. Siegel Center is located on the second floor (main level) of the building in the center of the lobby. This elevator provides all guests access to the first (arena floor level) and third floor, event permitting. 

ENTRANCES
There are five main entrances to the Siegel Center: West Gate (near the West end ticket office and UU parking lot), Broad and Ryland St. Gate (near the Broad St. and Ryland St. intersection), Student Gate (along Broad St. where VCU students enter the building for sporting events) East Gate (main gate located close to the Broad and Harrison St. intersection), and the Cullather Student Athlete East Wing (adjacent to the East Gate and used primarily by student athletes).

FAN CONDUCT
The Siegel Center intends to provide all guests with a safe, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Consequently, the arena management does not intend to allow a pleasant experience to be disrupted or ruined by a few unruly guests. Therefore, we have established the following rules for expected guest conduct:

:: Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing are not allowed on arena property.

:: Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures will be subject to ejection from the arena.

:: Guests appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or ejected from the arena.

:: Guests interfering with the progress of the event or going onto the playing surface or stage will be ejected from the arena and arrested.

:: Guests are not allowed on the court at any time during sporting events. Any fan entering the court or interrupting play in any manner can be arrested for trespassing and will be subject to the maximum fine permitted by law.

:: Guests interfering with other guests' ability to enjoy the game will be subject to ejection.

To enforce these policies, event staff will be located throughout the arena. Guests who are not here to enjoy the event or cannot comply with these rules will be subject to ejection from the facility.

FIREWORKS/FOG MACHINES/PYROTECHNICS
Fireworks and pyrotechnics are not allowed in the Siegel Center. Fog machines, that are water based only, may be used for special effects during private events and with prior authorization.

FIRST AID
The First Aid Station, located on the arena floor level near the R.M.C. office, is open during all events to provide evaluation and treatment for minor medical needs to guests.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Located throughout the Siegel Center there are concession stands and portable food carts featuring traditional arena style fare and a wide variety of specialty food concepts for guests. 

FOOD POLICIES
A selection of food and beverage items is available for purchase at the arena concession stands as dictated by the event producer. OakView Group is the exclusive food and beverage provider for the arena. No outside food or drink is permitted inside the building.

GAME TIMES/GATES OPEN

For all home Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball and Volleyball games the gates open one hour prior to game time during the regular season. Game times may be changed to accommodate national television.

INFORMATION
For game or event times and information, contact the arena management office or consult the event listing on the arena web site. For ticket information for VCU sporting events, please contact the VCU ticket office, 804-828-7267. For ticket information for concerts and special events, contact the Siegel Center at 804-827-1000.

INSPECTION POLICY
All guests are subject to visual inspection of person, parcels, bags, containers and clothing capable of carrying prohibited items. Patrons refusing inspection will be denied entry into the Siegel Center.

LOST AND FOUND
If a guest has lost an item during an event, he/she should contact the Siegel Center facility members for assistance. All found items may be turned into a Siegel Center facility member. Items will be held for one week. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity. Guests must call the Siegel Center Operations Line at (804) 827-1000 and leave a detailed description of their lost item with the time, date and location of where they think the item was misplaced. A Siegel Center representative will respond to all those who items have been found.
  
LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
If tickets are lost or left at home, or if a ticket for a wrong date is presented for admission, replacement tickets may be issued at the sole discretion of the ticket office. If tickets have been stolen, please contact the ticket office as soon as possible. For VCU sporting events, contact the athletic ticket office at 804-828-7267.

MEDIA ROOM
The Media Room is located on the arena floor level of the building and is used primarily for press conferences for VCU Athletics. The Media Room may be rented for special events as well.

MEETINGS AND CONFERENCES
The Siegel Center and many of the various venues and levels within the building can be rented on non-game days for conferences, meetings, trade shows and private events. Catering and event planning services are also available. Call (804) 827-1000 for information.

NOISEMAKERS
For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, noisemakers of any type (e.g. air horns, etc.) are prohibited at the Siegel Center

O

ON-COURT ACCESS
Only authorized personnel will be permitted on the Siegel Center floor before, during, or after a game. Any unauthorized person going onto the floor will be removed from the arena and subject to arrest.

PARKING LOTS
There is ample parking around the Siegel Center.  Parking decks are located at the corner of Broad and Harrison Streets, the corner of Bowe and Marshall Streets, the corner of Cary and Harrison Streets, and the corner of Main and Laurel Streets. PARLORS
The Parlors is located within the Sports Medicine Building, and it is used for classes, meetings, conference, banquets, and private events. The Parlors has full range of the latest technology; including, televisions, wireless microphones, projectors and projection screens, and podiums. PRIVATE RENTALS
On the 300+ days when basketball or volleyball is not being played, the Siegel Center provides an unparalleled setting for any type of private event, from a Dave Mathews Band concert to a corporate meeting or reception. Equipped with modern amenities and perfectly located in the center of the city, the Siegel Center staff can assist you in coordinating a memorable experience for you and your guests.

R

RE-ENTRY
During events, guests are not permitted to leave the arena and return. 

RESTROOMS
There are 19 public restrooms (9 for men and 10 for women) located on all levels throughout the building. 

R.M.C. Events
R.M.C. Events is the primary security staffing agency for the Stuart C. Siegel Center and all events held at the venue. You can find more information about R.M.C. Events on their website, www.rmcevents.com, or by calling (804) 353-7621. 

S

SCALPING
The reselling of Siegel Center admission tickets on property is strictly prohibited. Guests engaged in such activity may be escorted off premises without any liability to the Siegel Center. 

SERVICEMASTER
ServiceMaster operates and handles all the cleaning services for the Siegel Center and VCU Athletic venues. For more information on ServiceMaster please visit, www.servicemaster.com, or call 1-888-SMCLEAN. 

SMOKING
The Stuart C. Siegel Center is a SMOKE-FREE facility with no smoking areas. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.

TICKET INFORMATION
The VCU Ticket Office is located at the west end of the Verizon Wireless Arena at the Stuart C. Siegel Center and is open Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm. TOMMY J. WEST CLUB
The Tommy J. West Club is located within the Stuart C. Siegel Center on the third level (second floor). It is used for meetings, conferences, banquets, pre-game hospitality and private events. W

WEAPONS
With the exception of law enforcement personnel, guests may not bring weapons of any kind into the Stuart C. Siegel Center. Security supervisors should be notified if a guest arrives with an off-duty weapon.

WILL CALL
Tickets purchased in advance or set aside can be picked up at Will Call, located adjacent to the East gate.
