VCU HEADED TO NCAA CHAPEL HILL REGIONAL; WILL FACE HOST UNC FRIDAY

RICHMOND, VA. – VCU Baseball will return to Boshamer Stadium in Chapel Hill, N.C., for the 2026 NCAA Chapel Hill Regional at National 5-seed North Carolina. The Rams will open with host UNC at 5 p.m. on Friday, May 29.
 
VCU was named the No. 4 seed in the Chapel Hill Region, joined by host North Carolina (No. 1), Tennessee (No. 2) and East Carolina (No. 3).
 
After securing their Atlantic 10 Championship on Sunday, the Rams will make the 15th NCAA Postseason appearance in program history and the fourth in six years, most recently in 2024.
 
The NCAA Regional is double elimination. VCU is set to play Tennessee or East Carolina on Saturday, May 30, and play will continue into Monday, June 1, if necessary.

VCU fans wishing to support the Rams at the Chapel Hill Regional can request tickets using this link by 12 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27. Tickets are available through this link by request only, and fans will be notified by 8 p.m. on Wednesday if they will be awarded tickets. Please note, fans will be required to put a credit card on file at the time of the request, but will only be charged if tickets are awarded. All tickets will be digital and transferred the morning of each game.
