TYSONS, VA. — The Atlantic 10 Championship baseball matchup between No. 3 VCU and No. 2 Richmond has been suspended due to inclement weather at Capital One Park on Thursday, May 21. VCU leads in the contest 4-1.

The game will resume at 9 a.m. on Friday, May 22, in the bottom of the seventh inning with no outs, one Spider baserunner on first, and Richmond's Evan Wilson at the plate with a 3-2 count.

The loser of the contest will go on to play George Mason in the consolation bracket immediately following the conclusion of the first game.
