RICHMOND, VA. – VCU baseball has announced a time change for Friday's series opener against Army. The game will be played at 1 p.m. at The Diamond, shifting 30 minutes earlier than the originally scheduled start.
 
The remainder of the series will be played as scheduled, with 1 p.m. start times slated through the weekend.
 
A reminder to fans, admission to Friday's contest will be free. Additionally, a road closure is blocking northbound entry to the Diamond parking lot from Hermitage Road, so fans are encouraged to use N. Arthur Ashe Boulevard or Robin Hood Road to access the Red Lot and Green Lot. More gameday information:
