RICHMOND, Va. – VCU Field Hockey junior Morena Macera was named to the NFHCA All-South Region Second Team as announced by the organization Wednesday.
 
Macera earns the honor for the second consecutive year after scoring eight goals and recording six assists. She started and played all 17 games this season and led the team in assists and total points with 22.
 
Macera was also named to the All-Atlantic 10 First Team selection for the second straight season.  Macera scored three game-winning goals for the Rams this season and led the team with 46 shot attempts.
