RICHMOND, Va. – With the 2024 season quickly approaching, VCU Baseball and head coach
Bradley LeCroy announced its incoming class, with 25 incomers made up of a collection of freshman and transfers joining 24 Rams already wearing the black and gold, VCU looks to have a formidable group going forward.
Of the 25 incomers, 16 are pitchers, five will roam the outfield and four will look to play the infield. The Rams also added a pair of catchers to solidify VCU's backstop.
Within the class, nine are true freshmen, 11 are transfers and six are graduate transfers. As VCU has brought in a collection of experienced and fresh student athletes as LeCroy's staff enters its second season at the helm.
