HEAR ROM THE RAMS

"We showed up knowing that we are capable of more than last year and just could not piece it together. It was certainly a disappointing finish on both sides, but the main focus of this season was to learn from every opportunity. What we take away from this race will drive us to our next level. We're still just as excited to continue to progress and evolve."– Director of Cross Country Austin Savage

"I feel like I did pretty good today. There's still some room for improvement, but I think I had a pretty good cross country season after being injured last year, pulling my back and being out indoor, outdoor, and part of cross country. I feel like cross country is preparing me for indoor and outdoor. It's going to be a competitive season, but I feel ready for indoor. I feel like the team is ready as well, and we all got our foundation this cross country season. We all performed well, and I'm proud of our progress. We are a pretty young team, only consisting of freshmen and sophomores. We've got more work to do, but it's a good start. We are only going to go upward from here."– Nia Warren
