RAMS ENTER COLLEGIATE BASEBALL POLL AT NO. 28

TUSCON, Ariz. – VCU climbed into Collegiate Baseball's NCAA Division I poll for the first time this season, checking in at No. 28.
 
VCU is also receiving votes in the USA TODAY coaches poll.
 
VCU holds the longest win streak in the nation at 16 games, including 12 straight wins in Atlantic 10 play, 13 consecutive wins at The Diamond, and six straight wins on the road.
 
The Rams hold a 32-14 record, the program's seventh consecutive full season with 30 or more wins (the 2020 season was canceled after 17 games due to the COVID-19 pandemic). With a 13-3 conference record, VCU sits alone atop the A-10 standings.
 
VCU closes out the regular season with a two-game set at James Madison in Harrisonburg, Va., May 20 and 21. Both games are slated for a 6 p.m. first pitch.
