OPENING SERVE
- Paola Exposito Diaz-Delgado and Noumea Witmus continued their exceptional doubles performance cruising to a 6-1 win over Sofya Golubovskaya and Zeynep Erman.
- With the doubles point at stake, Melissa Ifidzhen and Kanako Yano battled Miranda Ramirez and Guzal Yusupova back and forth. The junior duo fell just short dropping the match 7-6(3).
- Coming off a singles victory yesterday against Temple, Paola Exposito Diaz-Delgado made quick work of Guzal Yusupova this afternoon winning 6-3, 6-1.
- In a must win singles match, freshman Gabriela Ana-Maria Davidescu faced a tough opponent in Sofya Golubovskaya. Davidescu dropped the first set 2-6, but regrouped and came back winning 6-3 and 6-4 to keep the Rams comeback chances alive.
