Graduate outside hitter Jovana Vukcevic (Podgorica, Montenegro) has been named the Virginia Lottery Student Athlete of the Week. The honor comes follows her second consecutive Atlantic 10 Player of the Week honor. The 6-2 transfer from Florida International averaged 4.83 kills per set and hit .404 as VCU swept George Mason and George Washington over the weekend. Vukcevic is averaging a team-best 3.11 kills per set, while hitting .307 in conference play.
