2017: OUTDOOR

• Took 11^th in the 400-meter hurdles at the IC4A/ECAC Championship with a time of 1:01.40.
• Set a personal record in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:00.77 in the preliminaries of the Atlantic 10 Championship.
• Placed sixth overall in the 400-meter hurdles at the Atlantic 10 Championship with a time of 1:03.13.
• Placed ninth in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.88 seconds at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
• Placed first in the 400-meter hurdles at the VCU Rams Invitational with a time of 1:02.67.

2017: INDOOR

• Took gold in the 60-meter hurdles at the Atlantic 10 Championship with a time of 8.64 seconds, setting a new personal record.
• Placed 12^th in the long jump at the Atlantic 10 Championship with a leap of 5.21 meters.
• Took first at the CNU Holiday Open in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.92 seconds.

2015: OUTDOOR

• Started hot at the VCU Ram Invite, setting a personal record and placing second in the 400-meter run with a time of 57.51. 
• Won second in both the 100-meter hurdles and 400-meter run hurdles at the Fred Hardy Invitational. 

2015: INDOOR

• Placed third in the 60-meter dash hurdles with a time of 9.03 at the Liberty Open. 
• Secured second with a personal record in the 200-meter run, running a 25.48 at the Liberty Open. 
• Ran a personal record 8.72 in the 60-meter dash hurdles at the Atlantic 10 Championships.

2014: OUTDOOR

• Helped the Rams to a 3rd place finish in the 4x100m relay at the ECAC Championship
• Finished 5th in the 400m hurdles and 5th in the long jump to score points for the Rams at the A10 Championship
• Finished 3rd in the 400m hurdles with a personal best of 1:01.37 at the Richmond Invite
• 3rd place finish in the 100m hurdles at the Ram Invite

2014: INDOOR

• Finished 7th in the long jump and pentathlon at the A10 Championships to score points for the Rams
