The Short Story: VCU Men's Tennis controlled the match from start to finish, sweeping the doubles point and winning three singles courts in straight sets to secure a 4-1 victory over Duquesne.

- The Rams delivered one of their most complete performances of the season, taking control early and sustaining it throughout the match. With the win, VCU remains unbeaten in Atlantic 10 play and keeps its all-time record against Duquesne perfect, improving to 7-0.

Singles
- In singles play, VCU maintained firm control of the match, securing three straight-set victories while building momentum across the remaining courts. Mats Bredschneijder delivered a strong performance on Court 2, opening with a 6-0 set before closing out a 6-3 second to put the Rams in a commanding position.
- Patrik Petera followed on Court 5, earning a 6-2, 6-1 victory. Petera was a level above his opponent from first serve to last, and with the victory improved to 4-1 in his last six matches.
- Alfred Almasi delivered the clinching point on Court 3, earning a 6-2, 6-2 victory. A familiar position for him this season, Almasi once again rose to the moment to secure the match for the Rams.
- Several other courts were trending in VCU's favor before play was halted. On Court 1, Gevorg Mnatsakanyan showed resilience after dropping the opening set 6-3, responding with a 6-3 second set of his own to level the match before play was stopped. On Court 6, despite dropping the opening set in a tiebreak, Kostiantyn Mantach began to find his footing in the second set, holding a 2-1 lead when time was called.
