The Short Story: VCU Men's Tennis controlled the match from start to finish, earning the doubles point and five singles victories in a 6-1 win over Georgetown on Friday afternoon.

• The Rams clinched the doubles point with a 6-2 win by the pair of Mats Bredschneijder and Erwann Bouchet on court one, along with a 6-3 win by the pair of Nicolo Consonni and Gevorg Mnatsakanyan on court two
• The Rams controlled the tempo throughout the match with commanding wins by Mats Bredschneijder, 6-2, 6-4, on court one and Leon Zaorski, 6-0, 6-4, on court four
• The Rams continued the pressure as Nicolo Consonni battled on court two and eventually came away with a 7-6(3), 6-4 victory
