The Short Story: VCU scored in the 7th minute to open the scoring and never looked back in a dominating 4-0 shutout win against Ball State.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
  • White opened the scoring just 6:01 into the game after a long pass from Aalderink got behind the defense. White dribbled around the goalkeeper and scored
  • The Rams went up 2-0 in the 27th minute after Macera scored on a penalty corner with assists from Behrmann and Gandos
  • VCU went up 3-0 in the 33rd minute as White scored again. Macera played a pass across the end line and White's first attempt was saved but scored on the rebound
  • The Rams scored the final goal in the 53rd minute as Aalderink scored off her own rebound from a penalty corner.
