Richmond, Va. – John Casper was named to Atlantic 10 Conference All-Academic Team, the league announced Thursday. 
 
The graduate earned All-Academic honors as he works toward his Master's Degree in Education Leadership with a focus on Higher Education Administration, where he owns a 4.0 GPA. 
 
At the A-10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships, Casper delivered a dominant performance, earning gold in both the discus and hammer en route to being named Co-Most Outstanding Field Performer from the weekend. The York, Pa. native also set a new school record in the hammer with a mark of 62.57 meters.
