Julia Rienks (Dronryp, Netherlands) and freshman middle blocker
Sarah Dibbs-Frantz (Tampa, Fla.) were named to Atlantic 10 All-Conference teams, the league announced Thursday.

Rienks captured First Team All-Atlantic 10 Conference honors for the second straight year. The 6-foot-2 senior ranks third in the A-10 in kills per set at 3.72, the third-highest mark in program history. Rienks is also currently third in the league in points per set (4.21) and has also provided VCU with 1.55 digs and 0.67 blocks per set this season, as well as 15 service aces.

The Dronryp, Netherlands native has registered 20 or more kills in a match six times in 2025, including a career-high 29 in a win over Davidson – the most by a Ram in 12 years. Rienks, who spent two years at Daytona State College prior to VCU, has been named First Team All-Conference in each of her four collegiate seasons. She is the fourth VCU player to earn two First Team All-Atlantic 10 honors since the Rams joined the league in 2012.

Dibbs-Frantz was selected to the A-10's All-Rookie Team following a regular season that saw her turn in 1.43 kills and 0.90 blocks per set, while hitting .277. The 6-3 Dibbs-Frantz has recorded eight blocks in three matches this season and rang up a season-best 14 kills on Sept. 30 against Davidson.

Rienks, Dibbs-Frantz and the Rams will return to action on Friday, Nov. 21 when they meet fifth-seeded George Mason in the first round of the A-10 Tournament at 1 p.m. at the Stuart C. Siegel Center.
