VCU women's soccer responded to an early 1-0 deficit with three goals to secure its third Atlantic 10 victory on Saturday evening at George Mason.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- George Mason opened the scoring in just the third minute, when the Rams conceded a penalty kick
- VCU battled back to a tie game, 1-1, in the first half as Sarver entered on a substitution in the 26th minute and found the back of the net just 22 seconds later
- In the 58th minute, Connolly launched a strike about 30 yards and just over the extended gloves of Patriot goalkeeper Libby Davy to take a 2-1 lead
- Closing out the scoring and securing the Rams' 3-1 victory, Jackson tapped a pass into the left corner in the 62nd minute
