- Grad student Nina Sorkin and Freshman Yelizaveta Karlova claimed their fourth straight doubles win with a 7-5 victory over Emma Fernald and Ine Stange
- Karlova kicked off singles for the Rams with a convincing 6-3, 6-3 win over Hedda Gurholt from court two
- Junior Gabriela Davidescu extended the lead for VCU with a 6-4, 6-4 win from court four
- Sorkin clinched the match for the Rams with a hard fought 6-4, 7-6 (7-5) victory over Raffaela Alhach from court three. WIth this win Sorkin improves to 13-3 on the spring season
