• The Spiders scored three of the final four goals of the half to lead 9-5 at halftime
• Richmond then scored four of the first five goals of the second half to build their lead to 13-6 with 22:34 remaining
• The Rams scored five of the next eight goals to climb back within 15-10 with 11:36 left
• VCU got not closer than the five goal margin for the remainder of the contest
