- The combination of Anna Rasmussen and Melissa Ifidzhen defeated Gabby O'Gorman and Olivia Rohrbacher of Penn St. to give VCU its first doubles victory of the match
- Paola Exposito Diaz-Delgado took down O'Gorman in two sets, only allowing two games against her
- In No. 2 singles, Rasmussen and Rohrbacher battled hard and took their match into three sets, where Rasmussen eventually came out on top
- Kanako Yano defeated PSU's Ferderikke Svarre in two sets, which gave VCU its third point of the day
