OPENING SERVE
- The Rams came from behind to take the doubles point with victories on courts 1 and 3. Junior Anna Rasmussen and sophomore Kanako Yano clinched the point with a 6-4 win over Alisa Diercksen and Lisa Hofbauer.
- Freshman Paola Exposito Diaz Delgado made quick work of Nastja Rettich at No. 2 singles, winning 6-4, 6-2.
- Fellow freshman Marina Alcaide Bakkari rounded out VCU's scoring with a 6-3, 7-5 win over Sarah Sarjoo at No. 3 singles.
