- On an assist from Jamee Albright, Krystal Mayers made a great play to find the back of the cage and tie the game in the 42nd minute.
- In the 52nd minute, UMass snapped the tie with a goal from Brooke Sabia.
- Minutes later, the Minutewomen scored a pair of goals to secure their 4-1 win.
