Michael Parme

In the summer of 2025, Michael Parme was promoted to Director of Analytics for the VCU Men’s Basketball program. Prior to that, he served as a Graduate Assistant during the 2024-25 season while pursuing his master’s degree through the Center for Sport Leadership at VCU.

A native of Annapolis, Maryland, Parme attended Bard College in Annandale-On-Hudson, New York, where he majored in Economics and played four years of collegiate basketball. A two-year team captain for the Raptors, Parme was recognized for his leadership, academic success, and dedication to the program.

During his time at Bard, Parme earned multiple honors, including the NABC Honors Court, NABC Team Academic Excellence Award, Liberty League All-Academic Team, and the Bard Athletic Award for Men’s Basketball.

Parme appeared in 47 career games over three active seasons (2021-24) at Bard College, with his 2020-21 season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
