Devin Summer joined VCU in November 2021 as Creative Video Content Manager.
Summer produces and manages digital video content for all VCU Athletics programs, including highlight reels, season introductions and promotional events. He also supervises federal work study students and volunteer interns, coordinating event coverage schedules and training students in video and photography techniques.
Prior to VCU, Summer worked as a Seasonal Media Producer for RentVision in 2021. Previously, he worked as head of production for HD Bros in Richmond from May 2019 to January 2021.
Summer graduated from James Madison in December 2018 with a B.S. in Media Arts and Design. He received his Master’s in Sport Leadership from VCU’s Center for Sport Leadership in May of 2024.
