Allison Juergens joined VCU in 2024 as the Assistant Director for Ticket Operations.
In her position, Juergens ensures all events can be purchased through all outlets. She has worked closely with the women’s basketball staff for home and away events to increase overall attendance. She also assists marketing and sales staff in creating and distributing ticket promotions for all ticketed VCU athletic events.
Prior to VCU, she worked with in ticket sales and operations as a graduate assistant at the University of Toledo, where she earned an M.B.A. in Marketing and Management in 2024.
Juergens graduated with a B.S. in Sports Management and a minor in Marketing from Bowling Green State University in 2021.
