Wyatt Emenaker joined VCU as a graduate assistant in 2022.
A native of Newton, Mass., Emenaker will assist the Black and Gold following a three-year stint as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Bates College. In addition to executing practice plans and gameday strategy, Emenaker spearheaded recruiting efforts and coordinated travel, among other responsibilities.
Emenaker spent two years as a student assistant coach at his alma mater, Brandeis, which was honored by the University Athletic Association (UAA) as Coaching Staff of the Year in 2018. Emenaker also boasts extensive coaching experience at the club level with the Maine Juniors and the SMASH Volleyball Club.
Additionally, Emenaker played four years of club volleyball at Brandeis, where he served as club president, and was selected NECVL All-Tournament in 2018 and 2019. Emenaker earned his undergraduate degree in chemistry from Brandeis in 2019.
