• Won the 400-meter hurdles at the VCU Final Qualifier with a time of 1:00.32
• Finished second in the 400-meter hurdles (59.81) and third in the long jump (5.73m) at the A-10 Outdoor Championships
• Earned a second place finish in the 400-meter hurdles at the Miami Hurricane Invitational, posting a time of 59.73

2019 INDOOR

• Finished second in the long jump (5.87m) and third in the 500-meter race (1:14.21) at the A-10 Indoor Championships
• Placed first in the 500m at the Winter Relays, securing a time of 1:15.42
• Won the long jump at the George Mason Patriot Games with a leap of 5.56m

2018 OUTDOOR

• Finished third in the 400m hurdles at the George Mason Spring Invitational posting a time 1:01.28
• Finished third in the 400m hurdles at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship posting a time of 59.98
