- Second and third place finishes at the VCU Indoor Invitational in the 500 and 4x400
- Placed second in the Virginia tech 4x400
- Took home first place at the Brant Tolsma 4x400
- Ran 57.14 in the 400 at the Brant Tolsma Invitational
2023 OUTDOOR
- Named to the Atlantic 10 All-Rookie team for the 400m
- Made the 400m final at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships, finishing eighth overall in a personal best time of 55.60
- Part of the IC4A/ECAC Champion 4x100m relay
- Set a new PR in the 200m of 25.21 at the UCF Black and Gold Invite
2023 INDOOR
- Set a personal record in the 400 of 56.98 at the Boston University Scarlet and White Invite
