- Placed first in the 400m at the VCU Ram Invite posting a time of 56.33
- Earned a second place finish at the George Mason Spring Invitational recording a time of 56.22
- Finished third in the 200m at the A-10 Outdoor Championship with a time of 24.14
- Placed first at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Championship 4x400m posting a time of 3:39.24
2018: INDOOR
- Placed sixth in the 200m at the Towson Tiger Invitational with a time of 23.35
- Earned sixth place with a time of 1:19.85 in the 500m at the Father Diamond Invitational
- Finished fifth in the 400m at the A-10 Indoor Championshiop posting a time of 56.71
2017: OUTDOOR
- Placed third as part of the 4x400-meter relay team at the Atlantic 10 Championship with a time of 3:44.60.
- Placed ninth in the 400-meter run at the Roadrunner Invitational with a time of 57.49 seconds.
- Placed first at the VCU Rams Invitational in the 400-meter run with a time of 57.22 seconds.
2017: INDOOR
- Placed 13th in the 400-meter run at the Hokie Invitational with a time of 59.14 seconds.
- Posted a time of 1:43.20 in the 600-meter run at the CNU Holiday Open to place fifth in the event.
2016: OUTDOOR
- Found relay success at the Coastal Carolina University Invitational as she ran the lead leg of the third-place finishing 4x200-meter run relay team and anchored the second-place 400-meter relay team.
- Second leg of the winning 400-meter relay team at the VCU Ram Invite.
- Placed tenth in the 200-meter run with a personal record time of 25.46 at the VCU Ram Invite.
- Helped team to fourth place finish as the second leg in the 400-meter relay at the UF Tom Jones Memorial Invitational.
2016: INDOOR
- In debut at Patriot Games, placed third in the 400-meter relay as the third leg and placed seventh in the 400-meter run with a time of 1:00.65.
- Placed in the top 15 in the 400-meter run at the Last Chance Meet with a time of 59.82.
PRIOR TO VCU
- Was a Junior Olympics All-American.
- Nansemond River High School record holder as part of the 4x400-meter relay team.
- Member of First Team All-American Penn Relays in 2015
