Rachel Belsky joins VCU women's soccer as the Director of Player Development for the fall 2021 season.
“We are very fortunate to have Owusu Sekyere and Rachel joining our program this fall,” Martin said. “I believe they will make an immediate impact on and off the field. Our student-athletes already have so many helpful resources and adding these staff members to our group will provide even more.”
Belsky graduated summa cum laude from Montclair State, where she transformed the women’s club soccer program as a player and leader. This spring, Belsky served as an assistant coach for the Short Pump Middle School girls’ soccer team, which completed an undefeated season.
