WHILE WITH THE RAMS:
· Provided depth in the Rams’ defense for the 2010 season
· After spending her first season as an apprentice to All-CAA honorees Myriam Bouchard and Samara Stephen-Dowd, Benck saw her first collegiate action in 2009, playing in six games and starting three
· Unleashed her only career shot in a 2-0 win over Drexel on Oct. 9th
· Listed at 5' 10", Benck is the tallest player on the Rams roster, which gives her a big advantage on the backline

PRIOR TO VCU:
· Five sport athlete in high school with time spent on Radford's soccer team, basketball team, cross country team, track & field and swimming
· Benck was a defensive force for the Bobcats, who won four straight District Championships during her tenure
· During her junior year, Benck helped lead her high school squad to the Group A Virginia State Championship
· She was a four-time All-State honoree, earning First-Team accolades during her sophomore and senior seasons
· During that senior year, Benck was elected as the team captain for the Bobcats
