Hannah Calliott joined the VCU women’s soccer staff as a volunteer assistant coach ahead of the 2026 fall season, remaining with the program after assisting the coaching staff as a graduate student in the spring.
A native of Midlothian, Virginia, Calliott brings ample coaching experience, including spending time as head coach of the Richmond United U-14 Red NPL Girls team and as assistant coach with Richmond United’s ECNL Girls U-16 and U-17 programs.
With Richmond United, Calliott plans and leads practices, manages games and focuses on individual player development with the youth teams. In April 2026, she completed her graduate assistantship with Richmond United, where she also managed marketing and social media initiatives for the club, along with coaching.
Calliott was a four-year member of the Christopher Newport women’s soccer team, winning the NCAA Division III National Championship in 2021 with the Captains.
In her time at CNU, in addition to her work on the soccer field, Calliott served as a team manager for the CNU women’s lacrosse team.
Prior to her time at CNU, Calliott was a standout at James River High School, where she collected All-Metro and All-Region honors, on top of a Region 6A Championship with the Rapids. She captained the James River squad, beginning her leadership journey early.
A 2026 graduate of the Center for Sport Leadership at VCU, Calliott has a Master of Sport Leadership. She completed her undergraduate marketing degree at CNU in 2025 with minors in leadership and communication.
