Biography

2012-16 (At Memphis)

  • She played in 95 games for the Tigers, averaging 11.1 points per game with a 44 percent field goal percentage in her 2015-16 campaign. 
  • She made 35 total three-pointers over the season, and shot a nifty 74 percent from the free throw line.
  • Over her career at Memphis, Rowser had 16 career double-figure scoring games, reaching a career-high of 26 points.
  • She was named to the American Athletic Conference All-Freshman Team as a Redshirt Freshman in 2013-14 and was twice honored as the AAC Freshman of the Week that same season. 
  • She received the Coaches Award at the UM Banquet in 2015-16.

PRIOR TO VCU

  • Coined as a top collegiate prospect out of high school, Rowser had eclipsed the 1,000-point career mark before her senior year at St. John's College High School in Washington, D.C. where her team ranked as high as number 10 in the country. 
  • Ranked the No. 38 guard in the 2012 recruiting class by ESPN HoopGurlz.com.
  • Rowser was named the Washington D.C. Gatorade Player of the Year honors as a junior. 
  • She was a four-star signee by Memphis.
  • She helped the Cadets to a city championship, the Bishop Walsh tournament championship and their first WCAC title since 2004
  • She was named the city title championship game MVP and averaged 16 points, seven rebounds and three steals per game as a junior
  • Entered her senior year of high school ball already past the 1,000 career point mark (1,095)
  • Recognized by The Washington Post as a first team winter All-Met team honoree
