Meaghan Graham joined the VCU Lacrosse staff as an assistant coach in August 2021.
 
Graham was a standout student-athlete at Fairfield University, helping lead the Stags to three MAAC Tournament Championships and three NCAA Tournament appearances. Graham was named the MVP of the MAAC Championship in 2019. She also served as team captain. She played in 64 career games, scoring 74 goals and recording 44 assists.
 
Graham graduated from Fairfield with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in elementary education.
