Saucedo joined VCU in June of 2022 after most recently serving as the Women's Basketball Director of Sports Performance at Wake Forest. Saucedo has also worked at fellow Atlantic 10 institution Saint Louis and was a graduate assistant at Northern Arizona.

At Wake Forest, Saucedo helped create and implement both individual and team training goals while assisting with monitoring nutrition and supplements. At Saint Louis, she worked as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach and led programs for the Billikens' volleyball, softball, track & field, field hockey and swimming & diving teams. Saucedo also assisted with both the men's and women's basketball programs at SLU.
 
Saucedo holds a CSCS certification as well as an FCR Mobility certification. Suacedo graduated from Utah State, where she played softball, with a bachelor of science in human movement and holds a master's degree from Northern Arizona in psychology.
