The short story: Senior Bryce Catlett finished 24thin the men's 5K to lead VCU. The Rams finished fourth overall. 

THE FINISH LINE

  • Seven runners made their way into the top-50 for the Rams.
  • Catlett finished in the top-25 with a time of 16:12.0.
  • In his debut, Freshman Noah Peterson placed 31st, finishing with a time of 16:31.8.
  • The third finisher for the Rams, Sophomore Sean Moulton, placed 32nd with a breakout time of 16:34.2. Moulton eclipsed his previous years' time of 17:03.3 by 29 seconds.
  • VCU's 4th-7thfinishers, Archie Bales (16:44.8), Hisham Vohra 16:50.6), Lucas Sidle (16:57.4) and Avery Witherow (17:31.3) placed 34th, 36th, 38thand 42ndrespectively.
  • The Rams finished with an average time of 16:34.68.
