2013: OUTDOOR

• Eighth place finisher in the high jump with a score of 1.94-meters at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
• Placed seventh in the decathlon with a score of 3790 points at the Atlantic 10 Championships.
• Was named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week for the week of April 22.
• Set a personal record and won the decathlon with a score of 5,349 points at the New Captain's Classic and Multi-Events.
• Placed 10th in the high jump with a season-best jump of 1.95-meters at the Fred Hardy Invitational
• Ran 15.46 seconds in the 110-meter hurdles and placed fourth at the Virginia Cup.
• Placed fifth with a leap of 1.90-meters in the high jump at the Virginia Cup. 

2013: INDOOR

• Placed ninth in the heptathlon with 2486 at the Atlantic 10 Championships
• Finished eighth in the men's high jump with a jump of 1.85m at the Patriot Games
• Placed 10th in the heptathlon with 3629 points at the Captain's Invitational
• Won the high jump at the Navy Quad with a jump of 1.99m.

PRIOR TO VCU:

• Ran indoor and outdoor track and field for four seasons at Heritage High School
• Helped lead the Pioneers to a Regional title as a sophomore
• Won the Virginia State Title in the 55m hurdles
• Received All-State honors for three consecutive seasons
• Was named the District MVP for three straight years
• Was the Regional MVP for the back-to-back years
