• Won the hammer throw at the USF Bulls Invite, securing a personal best of 60.09m, while also placing sixth in the discus throw

2021 INDOOR

• Placed fourth in the weight throw at the Virginia Tech Challenge
• Secured top-10 finishes in the shot put and weight throw at the Patriot Games

2020 OUTDOOR

• Placed fifth in the discus throw at the Bobcat/Shark Relays 
• The NCAA canceled the remainder of the 2020 outdoor season

2020 INDOOR

• Finished third at the Nittany Lion Challenge with a toss of 18.83m in the weight throw event
• Placed second in the weight throw at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invite with a distance of 19.26m
• Won the weight throw and broke the meet record at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships, posting a personal best toss of 20.45m

2019 OUTDOOR

• Earned a first place finish at the VCU Qualifier, completing a hammer throw of 55.95m
• Placed second in the hammer throw at the A-10 Outdoor Championship, posting a toss of 56.30m
• Won the hammer throw and set a personal best at the Fred Hardy Invitational after recording a toss of 57.95m

2019 INDOOR

• Placed third and secured a personal best at the A-10 Indoor Championships, posting a throw of 18.19m
• Finished first at the Winter Relays after completing a weight throw of 17.34m
• Won the weight throw at the George Mason Patriot Games, recording a toss of 18.04m 

2018 OUTDOOR

• Placed fourth in the discus throw at the VCU Ram Invite, posting a toss of 42.03m
• Set a personal best and placed seventh in the hammer throw at the George Mason Spring Invitational recording a 48.61m toss
• Placed seventh in the hammer throw at the A-10 Outdoor Championships recording a 46.75m toss

2018 INDOOR

• Earned a fifth place finish in the weight throw at the Towson Tiger Invitational posting a toss of 14.19m
• Set a new personal best and earned a sixth place finish in the weight throw at the A-10 Indoor Championship posting a 15.27m toss
