SENIOR YEAR (XC)

• Finished 41st at the Atlantic 10 Championship
• Won the 8K in a time of 25:35.1 at the CNU Invite leading the Rams to their 3^rd team victory of the season
• Finished 3^rd at the Hagan Stone XC Invite Leading the Rams to victory
• Top-10 finish at the 56^th Annual William and Mary XC Invite
• Won the 8K race at the VSU XC Opener to lead Rams to 1^st team win of the season

OUTDOOR 2013

• Finished second in the discus with a score of 49.91-meters at the Fred Hardy Invitational
• Ran a personal record 8:39.62 in the 3000-meter race at the Fred Hardy Invitational.
• Set a personal record with a time of 3:59.83 in the 1500-meter race at the Virginia Cup.

INDOOR 2013

• Paced the Rams with a fourth place in finish in the 800m at the CNU Holiday Open. He ran a time of 2:00.36

JUNIOR YEAR (XC)

• Posted two victories, first at the Virginia Union Invitational with a time of 25:35.7 as well as at the CNU XC Invitational, where he also clocked in at 25:35.
• Named Virginia Lottery Student-Athlete of the Week on September 25 after his first victory.
• Placed in the top-35 at the Atlantic-10 Championship meet

OUTDOOR 2012 

• Had a great freshman showing with a 4^th place finish in the 1500 meters with a time of 3:56.78
• Also had a 3^rd place finish in the 3000m Steeple Chase with a season best time of 13:01.23

OUTDOOR 2011

• Posted a season best in the 3200 meters at Virginia Tech Challenge with a time of 8:50.16

PERSONAL:

Attended Henrico High School where he played soccer for three seasons, earning three letters for the varsity team .... was named First Team All-District and Henrico High School team’s MVP as a junior ... recorded 33 goals in three seasons of play.
