• Earned bronze as part of the 4x400-meter relay team at the IC4A/ECAC Championship with a time of 3:12.75.
• Took silver as part of the 4x400-meter relay team at the Atlantic 10 Championship with a time of 3:11.75.
• Posted a time of 3:11.56 as part of the 4x400-meter relay team to place first at the Georgia Tech Invitational.
• Placed second in the 400-meter run at the VCU Rams Invitational with a time of 49.32 seconds.

2017: INDOOR

• Broke the school record as part of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished second at the IC4A/ECAC Championship with a time of 3:11.43.
• Took sixth in the 400-meter run at the Villanova Invitational with a time of 50.18 seconds.
• Earned third as part of the 4x400-meter relay at the ETSU Invitational with a time of 3:18.57.

2016: OUTDOOR

• Started the season with a win and a personal record in the 200-meter run at the Coastal Carolina University Invitational with a time of 22.34. 
• Followed up by a fifth place finish in the 200-meter run at the VCU Ram Invite with a time of 22.34. 
• Set a personal record in the 400-meter run at the UF Tom Jones Memorial with a time of 48.73.

2016: INDOOR

• Placed sixth and set a personal record in the 500-meter run at the Patriot Games with a time of 1:06.97.
• Had relay success in the 4x400-meter run at the Hampton University Indoor Invitational, Akron Invitational, and the Atlantic 10 Championships, finishing fourth at each.
• Placed third in the 400-meter run at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a time of 49.92.

2015: OUTDOOR

• Placed fourth in the 400-meter relay and seventh in the 400-meter run (50.40) at the VCU Ram Invite.
• Placed second in the 400-meter relay at the Fred Hardy Invitational.
• Finished the season with a third-place finish in the 400-meter relay at the Atlantic 10 Championships.

2015: INDOOR

• Placed fourth in the 400-meter relay at the Atlantic 10 Championships.
• Placed 12^th in the 400-meter run at the Vince Brown Invitational with a time of 51.53.

PRIOR TO VCU

• Ran a personal best of 49.30 in the 400m at Westfield HS
• Earned All-District honors in the 4x200m relay, along with All-State, All-Met, and All-American honors for indoor 
• District and Regional Champion in the 4x400m relay; also earned All-State and All-Met honors
• During indoor season his senior year was a district and regional champion in the 4x200m relay
• District Champions in the 4x400m relay in outdoor season his senior year
