2018: INDOOR

• Earned a top-10 finish at the Father Diamond Invitational recording a time of 52.71 in the 400m
• Finished eighth in the 200m at the Towson Tiger Invitational, posting a time of 22.62

2017: OUTDOOR

• Placed sixth and set a personal record in the 200-meter dash at the Atlantic 10 Championship with a time of 21.88 seconds.
• Set a personal record in the preliminaries of the 100-meter dash at the Atlantic 10 Championship with a time of 11.06 seconds.
• Placed first as part of the 4x100-meter relay at the George Mason Spring Invitational with a time of 41.44 seconds.
• Placed seventh in the 100-meter dash at the VCU Rams Invitational with a time of 11.31 seconds.

2017: INDOOR

• Placed sixth in the 200-meter dash at the Villanova Invitational with a time of 22.25 seconds.
• Set a personal record in the 60-meter dash at the Villanova Invitational with a time of 7.19 seconds.
• Placed 17^th in the 200-meter dash at the Hokie Invitational with a time of 22.37 seconds.

2016: OUTDOOR 

• Finished fourth in the 4x200-meter relay and sixth in the 4x100-meter dash at Coastal Carolina University Invitational
• Placed second in the 4x100-meter relay at the VCU Ram Invite.
• Placed third in the 4x100-meter relay at the Atlantic 10 Championships.

2016: INDOOR

• Set a personal record and placed seventh in the 300-meter run at the Hampton University Indoor Invitational with a time of 36.86.
• Placed second in the 200-meter run at the Patriot Games with a time of 22.90.
• Set a personal record in the 60-meter dash at the Akron Invitational with a time of 7.34.
• Ran the 200-meter run in 23.12 to place 12^th at the Atlantic 10 Championships.

PRIOR TO VCU

• All-American in the sprint medley relay at the 2013 and 2015 New Balance Nationals.
• Member of the 2015 Virginia 6A state champion  4x400 meter relay team.
