2019 INDOOR

• Finished seventh in the distance medley relay with a time of 10:21.03 at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championship
• Earned a top-15 finish at the George Mason Patriot Games, recording a time of 52.19 in the 400m
• Secured a third place finish at the Virginia Tech Invitational after posting a time of 52.31 in the 400m
