2019 OUTDOOR

• Set a personal record in the 110-meter hurdles at the NCAA Division I East Region Preliminary Rounds after earning a time of 14.07
• Placed first in the 110-meter hurdles and second in the 400-meter hurdles at the A-10 Outdoor Championships, posting times of 14.28 and 52.67 respectively 
• Won the 110-meter hurdles at the Fred Hardy Invitational, recording a time of 14.45

2019 INDOOR

• Placed first and set a personal record in the 60-meter hurdles at the A-10 Indoor Championships after securing a time of 7.94 
• Earned a first place finish in the 60-meter hurdles at the Winter Relays, recording a time of 8.07
• Won the 60-meter hurdles at the George Mason Patriot Games, posting a time of 8.14

2018 OUTDOOR

• Placed first in the 110m hurdles at the Coastal Carolina Invitational and at the VCU Ram Invite
• Earned a second place finish at the A-10 Outdoor Championship in the 100m hurdles, posting a time of 14.45

2018 INDOOR 

• Placed second in the 60m hurdles at the Towson Tiger Invitational, posting a time of 8.43
• Finished first in the 60m hurdles at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championship, posting a time of 8.14

2017 OUTDOOR

• Placed 17th in the 110-meter hurdles at the IC4A/ECAC Championship with a time of 15.04 seconds
• Earned bronze at the Atlantic 10 Championship in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 14.60 seconds, setting a personal record
• Placed first in the 110-meter hurdles at the William Walton Invitational with a time of 14.97 seconds
• Posted a time of 15.29 seconds in the 110-meter hurdles to place second at the VCU Rams Invitational

2017 INDOOR

• Earned Atlantic 10 All-Rookie honors for placing second in the 60-meter hurdles at the Atlantic 10 Championship with a time of 8.22 seconds, a personal record
